Delete Your SnapPick Account
SnapPick allows you to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
Delete Your Account in the SnapPick App
You can delete your account directly from the SnapPick mobile application.
Open:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Follow the instructions on the screen and confirm your request.
Once your account deletion is confirmed, the deletion process will begin.
Delete Your Account Without Access to the App
If you cannot access the SnapPick application, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:

We may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your SnapPick account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your SnapPick account
- Your email address and account information
- Your personal product reviews
- Your personal ratings
- Your "Buy again" or "Don't buy again" preferences
- Your personal notes
- Other personal information associated with your account
Your personal reviews will no longer be accessible after your account is deleted.
What Data May Be Retained?
General product information that you voluntarily contributed to the shared SnapPick product database may be retained after account deletion.
This may include:
- Product name
- Brand
- Product barcode
- Product description
- Product category
- Product images submitted for the shared product database
This information may be retained because it forms part of the general product catalog and is not considered part of your personal review history.
Where possible and appropriate, any association between this product information and your deleted account will be removed.
We may also retain limited information where required by applicable law or where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Processing Time
We aim to process account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.
Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are automatically overwritten or deleted according to our backup retention schedule.
Important
Account deletion is permanent.
After your account and personal reviews have been deleted, they cannot be restored.
If you only want to remove an individual product review, you do not need to delete your entire account. You can delete individual reviews directly within the SnapPick application.
